Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, specifically in CRM, app insights.
Knowledge/experience in D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be a bonus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
Strong understanding of Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Data Factory.
Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of D365 applications.
Ability to customize and configure D365 applications to meet business needs.
Experience with data migration and integration tools for Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for D365 development and deployment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
Atividades
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related applications/modules.
Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for D365 applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and build technical solutions.
Develop and integrate solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
Work on Azure-based services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and related system maintenance in conjunction with internal/external partners to ensure optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within D365 applications.
Deliver technical documentation including workflows, high level designs, job aids and processes.
Ensure that assigned support/maintenance/ development activities are delivered in a timely manner and within defined service level agreements.
