What You Bring
Solid experience of Product Management, with at least focusing on growth initiatives
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, SQL, etc.) and product analytics platforms (we use Posthog)
Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise solutions
Track record of driving measurable business impact through product optimization
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Exceptional at breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designers
Basic understanding of technical concepts like APIs and system integrations
Strong product intuition that balances data-driven decisions with user needs and market understanding
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in portuguese

Experience working with Figma and a strong eye for product design
Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly
Firsthand experience in or understanding of the Latin American B2B market
Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, or vendor relationship processes

What You'll Do
Own and drive key engagement and conversion metrics while maintaining a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points
Build and analyze conversion funnels throughout the customer journey, from initial platform engagement to premium features adoption
Lead the strategic connection between Dunsguide and CIAL360 (decisioning platform), creating seamless workflows from customer and supplier discovery to risk assessment
Work with data and business service layer teams to define and implement necessary API integrations and data sharing protocols
Partner with product marketing to develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling within the CIAL DNB ecosystem
Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, user research, and market understanding
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and present strategies and results to senior management
Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between growth initiatives and broader company objectives
Mentor team members and promote best practices in product development
